1) The house is rented out on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday). You can rent as many available weeks as you like.

2) Check the calendar for availability. A green Saturday indicates that the house is vacant. A red Saturday indicates the the house is rented out.

3) The special two-person offer is only available during low season. If it’s not available it’s either rented out our it’s mid og high season.

Pricing

High season: 2296 €/week

Last week of June, July, August, first week of September + Christmas and New year.

Mid season: 1463 €/week

April, May, June, September, October, Easter.

Low season: 1015 €/week

November, December (except Christmas and New Year), January, February, March (except Easter.

Low season two person stay: 791 €/week

November, December [except Christmas and New Year), January, February, March (except Easter).

Mandatory

1) Down payment (140€) when making the booking.
2) Final cleaning fee: 230€/stay.
3) Utilities fee: 3€/person/day
4) Bed linen and towels: 20 €/person/week

Rental Agreement

A down payment is payable upon completion of the booking. Upon receipt of the down payment, a binding rental agreement is concluded between the tenant and the property owner.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the start of the rental period. If the booking is made 90 days or less before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

Down Payment

A down payment is charged at the time of booking and must be paid by credit card.

Number of Occupants

The property may only be occupied by the number of persons stated in the booking agreement.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival is from 5:00 pm on the day of arrival. Departure must take place no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. Unless otherwise agreed, the tenant will receive a key upon arrival. The key must be returned to the property owner upon departure.

Pets

Pets are only permitted if explicitly stated in the booking agreement.

Cleaning

The tenant is responsible for keeping the property reasonably clean during the stay and for leaving it in a tidy condition upon departure.

A compulsory final cleaning is carried out by the property owner and charged to the tenant. Cleaning of kitchen appliances (e.g. oven, refrigerator, dishwasher) is not included in the final cleaning.

Deep-frying and smoking inside the property are not permitted.

Liability for Damage

The tenant assumes responsibility for the property and its contents during the rental period and is liable for any damage caused by the tenant or accompanying guests.

Any damage must be reported to the property owner without undue delay. Damage not reported before departure may be repaired at the tenant’s expense.

The property owner does not provide insurance coverage for the tenant’s personal belongings.

Complaints

Any complaints regarding the condition of the property must be reported to the property owner in writing within 48 hours of arrival, so that any issues may be remedied where possible.

Failure to report issues within this period may limit the tenant’s right to raise claims, except in the case of hidden defects.

Cancellation

If the tenant cancels the booking no later than 90 days prior to the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee equals the down payment.

If the tenant cancels later than 90 days before arrival, the full rental amount is payable.

If the property is re-let for the same period after cancellation, the rental amount minus the down payment will be refunded.

The conclusion of travel cancellation insurance is the sole responsibility of the tenant.

Force Majeure

The rental agreement may be terminated due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the property owner, including border closures due to epidemics or pandemics.

In such cases, the tenant will be offered one of the following options: 1) Rescheduling the rental period to a later date, or 2) receiving the down payment as a gift voucher valid for future bookings. Any remaining balance already paid will be refunded.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this rental agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the location of the property.
